Terms of Service for RV Home Repair, RV Service, or RV Warranty Work

Customers must confirm before Master Pro RV Services, LLC schedules an appointment or orders any RV parts or RV supplies, RV service work, or RV Warranty begins. ​Once the verbal quote is accepted and the deposit is collected for parts, we will schedule at the earliest mutually convenient date/time for the customer and Master Pro RV Services, LLC for such RV Home Repair, RV Service Work, or RV Warranty Work. Master Pro RV Services, LLC, agrees to perform the work and order any parts or supplies on behalf of the customer as specified within the accepted quote. Customers will be invoiced after work is complete, and payment is due immediately. We do not accept third-party payments - the person named in the accepted quote is responsible for payment. If a different party will be paying, that person needs to be identified in the quote, accept the quote, and then accept the Terms of Service. Payments accepted are Zelle and Credit Cards. Quoted rates also include mileage and travel costs, which are further described. See below for more information regarding purchasing parts and supplies, appointment cancellations, and invoicing.

Parts and Supplies Purchased for Customers

Master Pro RV Services, LLC will purchase RV Parts and RV supplies or Home RV services on your behalf. Master Pro RV Services, LLC, will first attempt to source parts through its wholesale providers; if the parts are unavailable, Master Pro RV Services, LLC, will attempt to procure them at the most cost-effective rate through other retailers. Once item availability and pricing are determined, Master Pro RV Services, LLC, will name the parts/supplies in the quote and identify the cost.

Once a customer accepts a quote, any parts and supplies subsequently purchased by Master Pro RV Services, LLC, are owned by the customer, and the customer is responsible for reimbursing Master Pro RV Services, LLC, for the cost of the items. If a quote was accepted (verbally or not) and Master Pro RV Services, LLC ordered parts & then the customer modifies the scope of work or cancels service with Master Pro RV Services, LLC. - the customer will be billed for the items plus a $75—processing fee. Items will not be returned on the customer's behalf when the customer has subsequently declined service after parts have been ordered

If Master Pro RV Services, LLC orders an incompatible part, it will be Master Pro RV Services, responsibility to return the parts and obtain the correct item. If that situation occurs, the customer will not be billed for the incompatible part. However, if a compatible part was ordered and verified by the customer in the quote - and then the customer indicates a preference for a different make and model of the item - the customer will still be billed for the original item.  

If parts have been ordered for a customer and Master Pro RV Services, LLC subsequently cancels service (see Right to Cancel service below), the customer will not be charged for the cost of the part or the $55 processing fee.

Right to Cancel Service 

Master Pro RV Services, LLC reserves the right to cancel service at any time, before or after a quote has been accepted, regardless of whether a service appointment has been scheduled.

RV Diagnostics

Any diagnostics performed are an assessment of current conditions and not a commitment for Master Pro RV Services, LLC to render future services. ​ The customer is responsible for paying for diagnostics time and associated travel costs, even if the issue cannot be resolved, is outside of the capacity of Master Pro RV Services, LLC, or if the customer does not wish to hire Master Pro RV Services, LLC again for subsequent follow-up work.  

In rare circumstances, Master Pro RV Services, LLC may determine after diagnosis or service work has begun that we cannot complete a job. This can occur if, after further on-site investigation, we discover the issue is more complex than initially understood and beyond our capacity to resolve in a mobile setting (the work may require specialized tools or equipment typically found in a full RV service center). We will stop work immediately if this situation occurs and advise the customer. Should this occur, the customer will only be responsible for paying the actual labor time spent on the job until the discovery was made, as well as mileage, travel time, and sales tax.

Customer Notification if Final Costs Exceeds Original Quote

The final invoice may differ from the initial quote based on further investigation of the requested service. We will obtain customer consent if, during service work, Master Pro RV Services, LLC determines the actual level of effort necessary to complete service is projected to exceed the initial accepted quote by more than $50.

Invoicing and Payment

By accepting a Master Pro RV Services, LLC quote, the named party agrees to pay the final invoice as agreed to in the quote immediately after completion of service with any adjustments for time, as noted in the previous paragraph above. Final invoices will not be adjusted downward if the actual level of effort to complete service is less than was anticipated in the original invoice. 

Customer Satisfaction 

At Master Pro RV Services, LLC, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service. We take pride in offering customer satisfaction, and if for any reason you are not satisfied with our RV service or RV repair within 90 days, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. We will do everything in our power to make things right. Please note that additional charges for parts, labor, travel, or mileage may apply and will be determined case-by-case.​

Insurance Payments and Warranty Service

Insurance or manufacturer RV warranty service requires written authorization from the party responsible for payment. Authorization must reference the reason for the work. We have a form online you need to fill out to begin the process: https://rvrepairfl.com/rv-warranty-services 

Florida Sales Tax

Under Florida law, transactions that require labor and materials to alter, remodel, maintain, adjust, or repair tangible personal property are taxable at 7 percent.​

Promotional Emails and Content

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us by mail, email, or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages) if you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices you may unsubscribe or notify Master Pro RV Services, LLC directly as specified in Master Pro RV Services, LLC Privacy Policy.

Ownership of Intellectual Property, Copyrights and Logos

​The website, services, and business of Master Pro RV Services, LLC, including software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all related Intellectual Property Rights, are the exclusive property of Master Pro RV Services, LLC. Nothing in these Terms will be interpreted as creating a license or permission to use any Intellectual Property unless explicitly provided. You agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from any Intellectual property above.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless

Customers of Master Pro RV Services, LLC, including website visitors, on-site customers for mobile RV services, vendors, and business partners, agree to hold harmless and indemnify Master Pro RV Services, LLC and its employees from any losses, claims, demands, liabilities, or expenses including attorneys don't fees made against them by any third party arising from the customers' use of the website or any services offered by the company. 

Customers also agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Master Pro RV Services, LLC. from any claims, lawsuits, demands, liability, loss, damage, or injury of any kind, including monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief, personal injury, or wrongful death arising from any acts, omissions, negligence, or willful misconduct by Master Pro RV Services, LLC and its officers, agents, volunteers, or third-party contractors. 

This indemnification has no expiration date and includes the payment of all penalties, fines, judgments, awards, decrees, attorneys' fees, and related costs or expenses, including reimbursement of legal fees. Any tasks or product recommendations performed or purchased by the customer based on any information provided by Master Pro RV Services, LLC are strictly at the customer's risk and included in this indemnification.​

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Master Pro RV Services, LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses that may arise from the use or inability to use Master Pro RV Services, LLC services or services provided by third-party contractors.

Furthermore, Master Pro RV Services, LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors, mistakes, omissions, or inaccuracies of content; personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of their services or services provided by third-party contractors; and any unauthorized access to or use of their secure servers and personal information stored therein. To be clear, we do not use third-party contractors.
